4. What this site is

Termly is currently a pre-launch marketing website. It exists to:
  • provide information about the Termly platform and what it will offer
  • allow families to join our mailing list ahead of launch
  • gather feedback from home-educating families via our questionnaire
The full Termly platform — including community features, discovery tools, and user accounts — is in development and is not yet available. Nothing on this site constitutes a commitment to any specific feature, launch date, or functionality.

5. Who can use this site

This site is intended for adults aged 18 and over. If you are under 18, please do not submit any personal information through this site, including joining the mailing list or completing our questionnaire.
This site is designed for families based in the United Kingdom. We make no representation that the content is appropriate or available in other jurisdictions.

6. Mailing list

If you join our mailing list, you are agreeing to receive email communications from Termly about our platform, updates, and content relevant to home-educating families.
We will not send you unrelated marketing, pass your details to third parties for their own marketing, or add you to lists you haven’t opted in to. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also opt out at any time by emailing privacy@termlyapp.com.
